Ken was great. He listened to my concerns and made the process very smooth. Ken and people like him at Cerritos Nissan is the reason I keep coming back even when I live two cities away from Cerritos Nissan.

I would like to appreciate Pedro Chavez for being a good employee. He make sure that the customers will be satisfied. For almost 9 years and at present my wife is driving Nissan Murano, when I told my wife that Nissan dealer will let us used there small car while our car is under repair, she was not happy cause she's used to SUV. But when my wife requested to him if possible to have SuV, it was granted because there is available SUV. We really appreciate what he gave us the Rogue SUV. There was one problem on our technical inspection report we were given a different Murano another woman that had it inspected same time... her car was a lot worse shape than ours lot more mileage ..the problem I'm having is it was our personal information the address or phone number email VIN number license number and actually. I have hers so that was somewhat concerning that are personal information was given to someone other than us so you may want to work on that

Very unhappy with the quality of service Hector provided. He greeted me nice but then forgot all about my car. He called me at 11:50am to let me know my car was in the car wash and didn’t hear from after that. I went to him 1:50pm to ask him where’s my car and apologized because he forgot. He tried to make me happy by giving me a managers discount which is 5%. That will not work for me. This was a really bad experience and I’ve been a customer for a longtime. I’m very unhappy with the service.
