Luis Casanova was very helpful with my car service and when I noticed that I was having a problem with my air vent after my air filter was change during the time it was bring serviced. I called him on that day I did my car service and he immediately help resolve the problem. Now, today May 18, 2018, I went to Nissan because I need to acquire another set of car key and car controller. The moment he noticed I was at the car service area he immediate came over and inquired my Situation. In the end, I got another set of car key and car controller.
