You guys always mess up something on my car. Today the lic plate was is bent and the plate around it is broken. I am just tired of this service department disregard to their customers property. I have taken picture as this is not first time this is happening.

I checked my paperwork and you put a different weight oil in it than what has been in it since I purchased. You also did not use synthetic oil as has been it it since I purchased it. Not vey happy with a change I did not request or was not told about.
