I arrived without setting an appointment, i can feel the guys were thrown off and a little upset because they seemed to have had a busy day already. Regardless, they still helped me. Overall i was still happy with the outcome.

Stand up guy

I was called and offered an oil change special and filter change and inspection for $22.99. When I arrived I was being offered other services that I wasn’t ready for financially due to they where pricey. I told the person helping me that I wasn’t gonna do that at the moment because I wasn’t financially prepared for it at the moment. Then as soon as I turned down what I wasn’t there for the representative helping me change his attitude completely very serious. Then I was told that I was gonna be charged an additional $16 or so on top of the $22.99 deal I was offered because my car needs full sintetic. When I was contacted and offered the deal the person that called me k ew the make and model of my vehicle therefore they should have known or had knowledge that my car uses full sintetic and they didn’t mention anything about an additional charge I would receive once I took my car in. Another thing when I got my car back after the service it was supposedly washed but it didn’t even look like it was washed and it wasn’t even vacuumed. And once I got home I noticed a scuff mark on my hood. Do to all that I was very disappointed with my last visit at Cerritos Nissan. I had actually considered to take my car back to get all the things I was recommend for it to get serviced soon but after all that I definitely won’t be taking it there for service.

The body of my car was still dirty and I was told it would be washed and was just rinsed off.
