Nick was great. The issue was I had a 2:30pm appointment and was told that it would be a 3 hour wait. That is very unacceptable. After 10 mins of complaining to poor Nick and getting back into my car to leave. Nick managed to promise only an hour wait but that you could not wash my car. You managed to get it done in 45 mins and still didn't wash my car. I live in Goodyear. I have been receiving calls and coupons to come back to Midway (where I purchased the vehicle). I have been going to Gateway Chevy in Avondale. I guess they set the bar high and Midway did not even come close. (In regards to service on my vehicle).
