Have a noise coming from my front differential asked them to look at it paid for differential service transfer case service and a four wheel alignment and I still feel that the problem has it been resolved there’s something wrong with the front differential and they’re claiming it’s the tires have been a Lifetime Chevy truck owner of this is the fifth Chevy truck that I have owned and I’m not real happy with the quality of the trucks anymore or the quality of the service provided

I have been to the dealership twice and both times the service work done took a unbelievable amount of time. I talked to the service manager and he said that I should have been offered a Uber ride to and from my desired destination. I was never informed of this option at either appointment by two different service advisors.
