I waited three hours in the waiting room for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, finally calling the dealership myself to find out what my car’s status was. It was clear that I had been completely forgotten, but no one would simply admit that. I was simply sent on my way with no explanation of what had been done on my car or any real explanation other than “we’ve been really busy.” On my way home I discovered that all four tires had been 20 pounds overinflated - 55 instead of the clearly marked 35. Mike, the assistant Service Manager was extremely courteous and apologetic when I called, but I will never return to your dealership for any reason.

Gosh, I couldn't believe it. My car was ready, but no one told me until I asked for it. It should take around 2 hours, but I stayed almost 3 hours because the sales man took lunch break. I am really disappointed today's service.

If you book an appointment for an oil change it should not take 3 hours to complete or you should set expectations that it will. Remember if you go to any oil change generic shop you are in and out in under an hour. Just an observation.
