People called me to make an appointment and waited 1 and a half hour and they didnt start anything. Just took my car and left. Hope they call me again and actually do it on time. Not going ro make an apt if there are 30 other cars for the same time. Efficiency.

I had two problems:
1. My coupon was not applied to my invoice, but Ken will be correcting the problem by sending me a check.
2. Ken put in a request for me to be picked. I waited 20 minutes before calling for status. The person I spoke with said Ken never submitted the request, so she took my information and schedule a ride for me. After the uber driver arrived, I received two other text messages saying drivers were on there way. While I was closing things out with Ken, the last uber driver called saying they were at my house to pick me up. This process needs improvement.

I picked my car up on Friday instead of having the paint repairs done. Terribly disappointed Chevy will not fix their product and my car looks like ****. Last time this happened, GM covered 100% of the costs and fixed my car. Now they won’t when the paint is doing the same thing again. I was told when it was quoted it would be $400.. I guess Zaktec coating is crap?
So much for being a loyal customer buying 5 cars there. I’m going with Toyota’s next I guess!

After having my oil changed, there proceeded to be an oil leak from my truck. I had to come back a 2nd time and have the issue fixed. The last two times at your dealer I was told my service would take 2 hours to complete, 3 and a half hours later my truck was finished. All three times I have been to midway I have been disappointed in the quality and effiency of your service and team. I do not plan on returning to midway for any of my car needs.
