Service was fine, but what I didn’t like was riding an Uber not knowing what my driver looked like before. That can be a little dangerous, I recommend your service department has a porter to drive customers to their destinations. Which can be a lot more safe.

Dragon was great. Very polite, Marine also helped me and she was very nice as well. However the operator was incredibly rude I was hung up on by the operator, when i asked what her name was she said I will transfer you and sent me to a voicemail. I called no less than 5 times before I was able to get to my service advisor. It was a nightmare, I've purchased several new vehicles over the years and used vehicles before that. I go out of the way to go to this dealer ship. I live in goodyear. I cant believe I was treated like this by the operator. She should be replaced if she doesn't like her job. Customer service is a skill and doesn't have that skill. Dealership was given low ratings on Google reviews and Yelp.
