Jesse was amazing. I had only been to midway one time and it was years prior. Jesse addressed my concerns and made sure they were all looked into. I will for sure be coming back and will want Jesse as our service advisor every time!

I'm completely dissatisfied. They put a scratch in my car! I asked them not to wash it, and they washed it anyways. I had to spend hours waiting for a rental car and returning a rental car!
Oil was leaking all over my driveway! Because they didn't put the oil filter on right, last time I had it serviced there.
