The service provider Jorge Lopez was extremely good, he kept me informed and up to date on where my truck was in the service process. He did his best to get the maintenance mechanics to make sure everything was addressed. But I don't think he has any authority to make them do the job correctly and throwley as 2 of the items are still persistent. I have no complaints about Jorge. However I am extremely dissatisfied with your mechanics and past service, I have given Midway Chevrolet ample opportunities to fix the ongoing issues and yet nothing has been fixed. Now that my truck is out if the Bumper to Bumper warranty I am having to pay for everything which is not much different that when the warranty was in effect. It was also very upsetting when I called in advance about the issues and needed maintenance, and stated I would need a courtesy vehicle even if I had to pay for it as I know my truck would need to be there for a 2 to 3 days to address everything. Yet when I got there prior to the appointment time, there was no vehicle available. Your fix was to drop me off at Enterprise to deal with things. I have to say that with the exception of Jorge, this was the worst service experience I have had yet. This includes the fact that when I got my truck back, I had to put part of it back together because your service mechanics faild to do the job completely, but had no issues in charging full price for an incomplete job. I think I will just move on and find a dealership that all their employees truly cairs about their customers. It may be a longer distance to get my truck serviced, but if the total service is better, then I win; especially if they fix the ongoing issues that should have been fixed while it was under the B2B warranty.
