The loaner was not equivalent to my vehicle. It didn’t have the blind spot monitor or the navigation system so I had to go home and use my wife’s vehicle. Also, the car was dirty on the outside when I picked it up so it must have been wet and got dirty from the wind. It should have been dried before letting it sit outside.

I would never recommend service advisor George to anyone. Even after repeatedly telling him issues and what needed to be done to fix he argued with me continuiously that issues could not be duplicated and that all problems were addressed. Showed up to pick up vehicle hood was still out of adjustment very noticeable and upon turning motor on fan almost immediately started making noise i originally advised George of that him and tech the incompetent tech could not duplicate. This caused us to have to waste even more time. Thankfully the competent service manager Shawn was still there he heard the noise and seen the hood and within a day had all issues the tech and George couldn’t duplicate addressed and fixed.

Not happy with service department follow up or time frame of repairs. Made an appointment which was 4 days out then didn’t work on my car for another day. Took 3 days to fix A/C and you had parts in stock. Never received call back until 3rd message stating unhappy we neede our car. Had to miss a day of work due to no car was told repair would only take 1 day bot 3
