Paid for a diagnostic that they could not assure me what is wrong with my 2013 Ford Explorer. No quote for the cost to fix. Second Ford dealer third diagnosis. Many hours and dollars spent and still Ford Dealers can not tell me what is wrong and the cost to repair.

I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday the 7th, I went in on Tuesday the 6th to get a quote on something small completely unrelated to what I was getting done on the next day, I asked for John Marino to help me and he he told me that he was too busy and told me he could help me on my scheduled day. I asked if he could just take a quick look and he told me that parts could help. So I went to parts (understanding that going out to look at vehicles wasn’t their job) and they told me that they couldn’t look at it, but Tone told me he would help me find an actual adviser that could help. He took me to a man named mike (which I’ve had customer service problems with in the past) and mike told me he was busy and that I could sit down and he would get with me when I could. So I sat down waited a couple minutes and walked out, I saw that Jason (a service adviser that’s helped me in the past) was working so I went into his office nd he helped me immediately, he just took a quick look and walked with me to parts and got me the quote I needed. Jason got everything I needed done in about 5 minutes, where I waited a previous 20 minutes just trying to get help. But it doesn’t end here. So I go in at 7am on Wednesday the 7th and drop my car off, it gets to about 4pm and I decide to call, John tells me that they’ll have it done on 30 minutes. I get a call at 4:40 saying it’s ready, I go in and pay $145 and leave, when I get back to my house I notice the problem I took it in for was not fixed. So not only have I wasted a lot of my time with running around and waiting, but my issue that I paid for wasn’t even fixed. I’m very disappointed with everything.
