Mr. Shanders was very nice and attentive when asked any question I had. Followed by a solid answer in detail. Quite the opposite from the way I had been treated by Mayse Chevrolet in Aurora, MO. They are extremely unprofessional, unorganized and don't follow through with anything they promise unless pressed to do so. I purchased my Tahoe from them on Dec 16th, 2107. I didn't have full ownership of my vehicle until Feb 9th, 2018. Unacceptable! They even let me leave the lot with a tail light out! Enough about my negative experience. I found my interaction with Reliable Chevrolet to a breath of fresh air, with employees that showed that they really care and follow through with what they say. So, thank you Nick, for a great experience. I look forward to working with you in the future.
