Pete has been honest and taken care of me several times. Doesn't push you to do things that aren't needed but gives helpful recommendations. As long as I have this truck I'll bring it to him and Grapevine Ford for maintenance. Thanks Pete!

Called to find out if my car was done. Told to call cell phone or text, I did both. Never received any info for an hour. Called back talked to the receptionist said she would send a message to the service team to call me to let me know if the car was done or not. Another 45 minutes go by, no call. I called back and was transferred 3 different times to get a response if my car was done. No one answered. Receptionist said she would walk back to get someone to call me. 45 minutes later I revived a call. The person was not happy to call me and acted like he had no idea why he was calling me.
I was very surprised that a simple question, is my car ready. Would cause me so much time and irritation just to get an answer.
I will let lease plan know about this service and will not be returning to Grapevine Ford for any reason.

I made an appointment online for 8 o’clock Friday morning got there a little before eight to have an oil change and tires rotated I ask to have 36 pounds of air pressure put on the tires . It took until 930 to have my car ready the carwash that they did left spots on my mirrors spots on the hood the tire pressure is reading 33 3334 and 35
