Angelo was most helpful in getting me an appointment in such short notice. Kristopher was very efficient and informative with check in process. I had to wait about 2 hours because there wasn’t any loaner car so that gave me a chance to check out the waiting area. I usually never go in so it worked out. The area was very clean. Had 2 working coffee machines which just doesn’t make coffee. That was a nice bonus. There were mini muffins and sticky buns but, they were quite stale. There were juices and some granola bars. Didn’t try any of those. While waiting I saw the coffeee area being cleaned and restocked. That was nice that the staff was vigilant in keeping area clean. Kristoher texted to keep me updated and also came out to let me know what’s being done. All in all a nice experience. Glad i had to wait in a nice and clean facility with great staff.
