Truck made it two miles down the road when the problems I had told my service manager about when I first brought my vehicle in, occurred again! After looking on the Internet, I realize now that problems with my DEF tank and it's sensor, is highly unlikely to cause problems with the transmission. When I first brought the truck in for service, I also brought in a list of codes that had come up on my OBD code reader. I was told that the service tech had not found any codes relating to transmission problems. Since I had to return the truck to you for the same transmission problem, I have to assume that the transmission was never checked, except for the codes, or lack thereof. If you folks are not going to listen to your customers, then maybe your customers need to find another dealer/service provider.

I tried to make an appointment, but my call was not returned after 26 hours. When I finally did get an appointment, I specifically stated that I also wanted to keep the clear protective coating updated. I spent $7 for a car wash, only to be told when I arrived that the process couldn’t be done on Wednesday. I was pleased with the person (Jason?) who helped me that day, but the scheduling process was terrible. I didn’t schedule on line because I was told an associate needed to do so. Please get this process improved
