This is the first time I have ever leased a car and I must admit that experience has been fantastic especially working with Hassan. Hassan is a true professional. He is organized, well spoken and very well mannered. He’s a true gentleman and it’s a pleasure to work with him. He always accommodates my request for a loaner vehicle and when I return I’m happily greeted by a friendly staff and a shiny clean car. Waited nearly 15 minutes in the quick lane before a tone acknowledged I was there. At my previous visit I was not given an oil life sticker so I ignorantly assumed to follow the oil life monitor on the vehicle. I didn't know that it is only reliable of one uses fully synthetic oil - would have been great to know. Jason noticed me once he was finished working with his customer. He was knowledgeable and friendly and honestly saved the visit.
