No active communication, not timely, no personal care. I had to call each day to ask for updates. I was treated as though I was a ****. I will never return to your service center. This is multiple issues like this over the years.
This is not an issue with Eddie specifically but rather a business model of quantity over quality. Poor service overall.

Everyone seemed to do fine. Satisfaction was a no because as soon as I left, the check engine light came on. It took a half hour to figure why and it seems like something that should have been seen before I got the vehicle back. This added a half hour added to the overall time that wasn't expected.
