Joe has been absolutely exceptional. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. When there was an unknown problem with my car, he underwent extensive investigations, and did everything he could to reduce the stress on my end. I was without my car for approximately a month while the problem was being resolved. He was entirely accommodating, and his customer service has been impeccable. I watched him offer to pay $10 out of his own pocket to pay for fuel at the nearest gas station when the mechanics had drained my tank after service. That level of customer service stuck with me. He is an absolute ASSET to your company. ????
