I asked to have my batteries checked (main and auxiliary) in addition to an oil change. Both batteries were bad and the auxiliary battery was replaced since it was still under warranty. I was told that the main battery had never been charged out and it was no longer under warranty. I brought in the paper work from your facility showing that the main battery had been replaced in March 2020 (just under 3 years). I was then told that the replacement battery only had a 2 year warranty and was no longer under warranty. So what was it? First it had never been replaced and then it had been replaced but only with a 2 year warranty. I don’t think I can trust your organization. I’m getting my new main battery someplace else.
