I spent $151 on an oil change, $40 on tire rotation, and $508 on a battery. I paid with my credit card and was charged an additional 3%. I’ve never paid this much for a minor service, and I will never visit your dealership again. $508 on a battery that is probably $200, but I was told the three was amazing. This was robbery!

I appreciated working with John Otero very much. My only complaint would be overall price of service, however that has virtually no reflection on Mr Otero. I’m very happy with the service provided! I will do however take issue paying an increased margin of 20-30% for said service.
