I am 90% sure I bought a lemon with all of the issues I’ve had. Both the service tech and the guy who rode with me experienced the backfire but yet John stated it would cost about $460 to maybe find a diagnosis. I only have 8800 miles left on my power terrain warranty and realize it’s the service areas way to get out of paying for anything wrong. I had my transmission replaced around 75,000 miles. We brought our car up to the dealership 30 minutes before our appointment time of 11:10 and I asked how long it would take i was told an hour and a half but if it would be longer i would be told. It ended up being 2 and half hours and my wife had to go ask what was going on. Mr castillo never checked on us and was nowhere to be found after our initial meeting. I was not happy and will take my car to a different dealership for any future maintenance.

Jesse answered the phone professionally. I told him my situation of buying the vehicle elsewhere but still had a free GM service he asked for the last 8 of theVIN number. I said I have a deadline and need it done this afternoon if at all possible. He said we can accommodate that, when would you like to bring it over. I said now. He asked if I needed a ride. The conversation is a perfect example of customer service. When dropping off I asked if he could scrape off the Courtesy Chevrolet emblem on the back of my vehicle. Customer service done right.
