Went for oil change on 6/14. Was told that I needed a recommended service every 10,000 miles. I needed a tire roration, fuel system cleaner, premium oil boodter. I informed Brenton Skeeters the windshield wiper fluid was low. He said that with everything he has requested would include all fluid checks and that it would be filled. When I got home I had an alarm on dashboard that said windshield wiperfluis cwas low. I checked and it was low. So I called Brandon and asked what exactly was done since the winsmdshield fluid wasn't filled. He asked if I received a inspection list of what was checked. I hadn't received one and he was very nice about it and said he would email me an inspection list and that he was sorry the the windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled. I looked at the list and it clearly said that fluid was filled for windshield fluid. It clearly wasn't filled. I don't like to complain but I especially am Leary of going to a new mechanic. So I question rather all fluids were really or not. I would hope that they were. But it's documented that it was done and obviously wasn't.i specifically went in for an oil change and fill windshield fluid. I ended up paying more and didn t what I requested. Disappointed in my first experience with having my serviced. I would rather use my mechanic that I trust and have used for 20 years.
