Very unhappy with the quality of my service and the technicians who work there. I went in for a simple oil change and to have you guys patch my tire. I have automotive experience and I know it doesn’t take over 2.5 hours for that. My oil was changed and whoever did that didn’t even reset the meter. I knew my service was taking to long so I went to Daniel and he said they were throwing on a $260 tire without telling me. I refused to accept that and got my tire patched and pumped up but whoever did that didn’t even reset the tpms sensor. Service center is a joke.

when i came in i asked if thefuel filters replacement were covered by the mpp that i have purchased. was told it was not. than when i came to pay for them there was a charge for oil change. not sure why they didnt check if the oil change was covered. im not even sure what the mpp covers at this moment. will have to reach out to someone
