Jesse took over my "appt" this past saturday. "B" Barrera called me to schedule a shifter replacement but according to schedule wasnt booked for 8am saturday..i was unhappy to say the least as this had been an ongoing issue!! Jesse came over and got the info needed and said it will be done by end of business day! It was done 3.5hrs later!! Upon returning to pick up my Malibu, he wanted to know if i had any other issues or concerns. That means alot cause i do go elsewhere for regular service. in dealing with jesse, i am confident the service needed will be done correctly and without issue!! i will try out midway service one more time! I just hope the service tech fills my fluids and doesnt run over my key fob!! And is honest in dealing with my malibu!! Also, upon entering my vehicle i noticed ALL MY CHANGE on the passenger floor board and both front seats!! This is another issue all on its own!! I couldnt believe the tech or runner wouldn't at least pick it up! This goes to show you why i don't regularly come to midway service!!! On another note..i have left comments before without a reply or call!! If someone accidently ran over my key fob i would at least expect a call or email after i left bad comments! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!

Came in for Zak Tak at 7am. After 5-1/2 hours I’m told the car wash broke and it would be longer to get the application. I have always received excellent service from Grapevine Ford but they dropped the ball. If it was communicated that the wash was broke, I could have rescheduled for another day.
Lack of communication from the back to the service agent and then lack of communication from the agent to the customer cost me 6 hours of my time.
Now I have to reschedule and take more of my time to get a service that I payed for completed.
