Overall service was fine. It’s a bit ridiculous when i made an appointment for 10:30, show up at 10:20 and I’m told it could take an hour and a half to two hours. What’s the purpose of an appointment then!? Fortunately, I told Sheila (I know that’s the incorrect spelling, sorry) I had to be out by 11:45 and she made sure I was done by then.
