I said up there from 4 till 6 when they rolling down the doors with my truck then and only then did I go outside and ask them what's the problem with the truck and they didn't even know who I was so I told him and they go oh well we're not going to have your truck done today they gave me a loaner which was fine but they shouldn't have had me waiting for 2 hours before they said told me that I wasn't going to get my vehicle I got off I get up at 5 in the morning and go to work I get off at 2 and I shot up there to get this thing serviced and then the service tech when I brought the loaner truck back on Friday was acting like I hit something with it which was a absolutely nonsense I am very very happy with the sales department but very very disappointed with service department I feel like I had gotten nothing but the runaround I live in West Plains Missouri 2 hours away I felt like I should have been compensated for my troubles I've got one I got a half a tank of gas from the sales department and they act like it was a big deal just wipe your guys's time it's worth something my time is also thank you very much feel free to contact me

When I filed my receipt I notice an old receipt from July 2006 and Alfredo was the service writer then. Longevity of employment speaks of a good company that not only services customers but employees as well.
