Beau did a great job. I think this could have really been an above and beyond experience however that was missed by the dealership. When coming in I tasked the service department with performing an oil change and also investigating the reason my brake fluid was below halfway between Low and Full. The oil change was performed; however, the service technician advised Beau that the low brake fluid was normal and that the factory doesn’t always ship the vehicle to the dealer with full brake fluid. I have never heard of this before and feel it to be odd that a vehicle with 9,000 miles would be below half of the gauged capacity. When I asked if they would top it off they advised that it could not be done. This would have met my expectations. I visit Midway through trust built through various fulfilled services and multiple vehicle purchases. I know this experience does not represent Midway as a whole and does not live to the standards I have experienced first hand in the last. Safety should be a priority and the service manager should have considered that when allowing the vehicle to leave the bay. There were no notes in the service report indicating anything about the brake fluid.

Too much to list but heres a few. Try paying more attn to detail. Passenger side handle broke. But ordered drivers side. Ok **** happens. Lack of communications. You guys call me and tell me you have the right part and ask me to bring my car. I ask if its for sure if it be done that day. You said yes. I bring in the xar.later in the evening i get a call saying it will be done in a few minutes and you be finishing up paperworks.so i leave to pick up my car with uber. Just when i get there they tell me paint not dry. Wtf? Theres so much more its ridiculous. Get it togethet pls.

When i bought this car i was at tje dealer for over 9 hours and i was promised 2 full tanks of gas one from the salesman and another from the finance guy Mun. Yet when i went to do my oil change no one knew what i was talking about. So i feel a bit cheated. . . .

We are very annoyed that our vehicle was worked in between other customers because our appointment was for recalls. We also had an appointment and recall should have been fixed in a timely matter also. Don’t know how you can treat recall customers second rate. We did purchase our vehicle from your dealership and will consider this experience when purchasing a new vehicle.
