Very disappointed at Grapevine Ford Service Department. I’m a 1st time Ford owner and 1st time customer to Grapevine Ford and I feel robbed. Paid over $1100 out of pocket for service and the problem is worse. I felt rushed blown off. What’s the point of the diagnostic fee if you don’t fix the actual issue and make it worse off than when I brought it in. Never tell a customer not to worry about the check engine light when that was the concern to begin with. The mechanic failed and then reset the light just to get me out so they could close the service department. I waited from my 8AM appointment until close on Saturday. Poor service, bad business.
