Brian is someone you should try to keep as an employee as long as possible. I'm a business person. He went beyond and it's apparent to me that he is way above average in terms of customer service. (Honestly, give him a raise if possible and reasonable to do so.) That is the best feedback I can offer at this moment. Jason was great. Everyone was very accommodating even though I was pushy and in a rush! I appreciated their patience with me. Except one guy in the office directly right of Jason wouldn’t make eye contact with me and just rudely stated he couldn’t help me. Luckily one other gentlemen asked if he could help since I was in a rush for work and Jason was busy for a while.
