Having dealt with many Service Advisors over the past 50 years, I must say:Kyle stands above most others - certainly ranks in the top echelon.
He is professional, courteous and follows up as promised; additionally he will give you timely updates when necessary. I my case he went beyond all of that by handling an out of warrantee radio replacement as well as dealing with an external extended service company for an other repair item.
