Jorge was great, so this review has nothing to do with him. His service was outstanding. The express lane oil change and tire rotation I had performed today took much longer than expected, and much longer than the 1 to 1.5 hours I was quoted. I drove into the express lane at 12:50 and was called at 3:29 stating the work was completed. Over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and wash, which I do appreciate, seems excessive. I have a Jeep and a Ram Cummins (which was purchased at Airpark) so I am not a stranger to the brands servicing. I frequent Bill Luke but decided to try Airpark today as it is closer. I’m sorry to say that I won’t return to Airpark for purchasing or servicing. Like I stated, Jorge was great, but I urge Airpark to take note of Bill Luke’s practices-truly. They stand out....and I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my life and they are the best dealer I have ever been associated with. Thanks for taking the time to contact me.

I'm satisfied with the oil change on my Malibu, but the Colorado that I owned was in for service at the same time so I'm not really sure which vehicle you mean. The back wheel wells on both sides on my Colorado had rocks in them that push out on the body in four areas that are ironically symmetrical to one another. The dealership remove them which further left marks on the inside from the position the rocks were in on up which weren't there beforehand. also I was told that they would see if they could pay to have the damage repaired since the truck only has about 11,000 miles on it and I haven't heard anything back from them yet. So on the Colorado I'm not as satisfied as I think I could be, nor is satisfied as I have been in the past with my service experiences with reliable Chevy. Thank you. But as for the representative he was very helpful.
