The guys did not do a good job wiping off the oil the In the engine bay or underneath the truck. I had oil in my garage I had to wipe up. The most important thing to me is clean up the oil off my engine and under the truck. Kinda of a big miss in my opinion. I didn’t realize I needed to tell a Ford Tech to clean up the mess and take pride in your work. You have to clean off the oil or don’t get it everywhere please. I take pride in a clean engine so they should have known to wipe off the oil. Pete was a nice guy, but the mechanics doing the oil change dropped the ball. I have serious doubts about doing my transmission fluid flush now or any future service.

I dropped off my car on 11/16/19 for an airbag recall. While I was driving home I noticed that Personal items were stolen from my car. I'm wondering how can you hire people without a background check? All I want are my items back, especially my Rosey Beads, Who will steal Rosey beads? but an evil person that you have working in your service department. This is a felony, I don't want to press charges against your workers in the service department. All I want is for all of my stolen items returned. I'm also missing a crystal **** that was hanging on the rearview mirror that I purchased on a trip overseas. Plus many of my CD’s. My concern is what else have they taken that I have not noticed yet? I'm afraid that maybe they Stolen my identity as well? When I call all I get is the runaround, the public should be aware of what is happening in your company especially in the service department. If I would have known your people steal from customers I would have never gone to the Cerritos Center. All you have to do is find out who had access to my car on 11/16/19 and you will find the person or persons who went through my car and helped themselves to whatever. I'm still not sure what else is missing until the day I might need it. My biggest concern is my identity!!!!!! They had access to personal information, my insurance papers were in the car, they could have taken a selfie of my personal information. I'm sickened over this and would like some answers plus my stolen items. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx. I would appreciate it very much if you can explain why you hire workers who steal. Maybe the news media would love to hear how Nissan takes advantage of elderly people. Shame shame shame on you.
