Fuel filter may or may not have been changed. Filter is still dirty on the outside as it was before it was brought into midway and the filter life was never reset. There seemed to be an overload of work for service reps and lack of knowledge on diesels. Appointment was schedule with B and she was unavailable at the schedule time of appointment. Another service rep took my appointment and clearly missed a few things i was asking to be done. Turn around time of a week was over the top, had I not had a secondary personal vehicle that could have been an additional issues here. It always seems to me that service is always overbooked and they truly miss out on quality of service. When I was notified the truck was ready once again my rep was unavailable and someone else took the money. They had no idea what was actually suppose to be checked out or what was performed. End of the day, any Customer should expect better.
