I always have a good experience and the service representative has always helped me Scott Monge. I had a very big and expensive service done on my Car today over $1600.00. I love my car and the style of it so I bring it to Lexus since day one. I don’t care for the new 350 RX with the black hole in front (grill). I love the size of my car. I drove the 2020 RX 350 but it becomes too long in the garage. It is not a mid size when you add all the space ship design and too much plastic molding. So I will wait for anew design.

New car, less than 1 month out of the dealership with a continuing check engine problem. Service wanted to keep the car for 3 or 4 weeks because the part needed had been back ordered!!?! This makes no sense. My prior experience with service was a two hour wait for a second key to be made because the original seller ( not South County) couldn’t find the second key. My 13 year old Prius was a wonderfully unobtrusive car, happy with 5000 mile service and no problems.

Last week I brought my 2015 Grand Cherokee in to replace the radiator and the bill was $1,700. I picked my car up and later that night my check engine light came on. It has never come on before. I brought it back and it was a leak in the purge hose for another $420. Very strange that this repair followed so closely behind the first repair. However that isn’t what upsets me. I had another service center quote me for both repairs and they gave me a quote for $1,255 for the radiator and $184 for the smoke test and purge hose! I feel you are way over priced! I am going to buy a new vehicle but it will not be from Airpark Jeep. Sorry, because I really enjoyed the experience of buying from your dealership and the salesman but this is way over the top.
