I had an appointment for a recall item and waited for my truck to be fixed and after a hour and a half i get a call that my truck is ready to go. When I get there I am informed that Midway didn’t have the part needed to fix the recall item . So now I will need to go back again and do it all over . It just seems that if you make an appointment for a specific item you would make sure the part is at the facility and allocated for the vehicle so it can be installed with minimal inconvenience to the customer.

Jaime is the ultimate service tech. He is honest, personable and trustworthy. Jaime knows how to connect with his customers and gives great feedback and suggestions that make sense. I’ll only go to Jaime as he worked with me today to get my vehicle to me on time knowing that I had a tight timeline. When I told him I needed my car by a certain time so I could see my daughter perform, he delivered. Great experience!!!

Yet again one of your service advisors blew it I have been without my truck now for five days I came in today to pick it up and the one thing that I needed to have fixed more than probably well just about as much is I want to have anything fixed was the seat that was locked in a reclined state and if I had to drive a truck I would be laying down in the seat so to be one of the most important things that I needed to have done on the truck it was not done and when I asked Penny about why he wasn’t ordered she said well it was up in the air and I didn’t know it was all had to be done that’s not excuse was in the writing was in the paperwork that I was that I gave you guys to have that done and was never ordered it so now here I have set another five days In a rental car and I don’t have my vehicle which I need for work and then you guys won’t charge me $63 for an oil change I can understand it if all the stuff was done today like it was supposed to be done when I called earlier in the week I talk to another service visor any set up the part for the sink was ordered well it was never ordered and nobody ever did anything about it so again Houzz is my fault why should I have to be taking the Eno yeah the brunt of this and for why anyway just really poor service over there and I don’t think I’m ever going to bring my truck back to you guys or ever buy from you again because it’s been a nightmare from the get go since I bought the truck it’s been a nightmare and I won’t do this again With Midway Chevrolet
