While your service on my escape was great, my only complaint is your lot is too crowded there is no room for customers to park...my ride home almost had to drive down the service road the Chevron station to wait for me to be sure my car was done. There are new trucks parked along the side of the drive, not to mention all the cars on the other side of the bay. How there aren't any accidents is a mystery. You need to either move to another location that is bigger or have most of your stock moved to the lot on Freeport pkwy where my suv was when I bought it. To be truthful, I am considering going to another dealership for my service because of the congestion in your lot

Our service advisor Isaac Lam is more than our “service advisor”. He is excellent at his job, has also taken time with every and all questions we may have. We never feel rushed or like we are not his main priority. He always makes sure all questions or concerns are met in a timely matter.
