Repair didn’t fix the problem. Bringing back today to Sean to look again. Sean is helping me out and doing very well. Just disappointed the repair was not effective.

I was charged $320 for a simple throttle body clean out. From what I’ve read online it’s a simple 10 minute process so I don’t know why I was charged such a crazy amount.

Caesar was great, but getting hold of your service department was next to impossible and very frustrating. I called three times and gave up each time after about 20 rings, no exaggeration. I thought you were closed for some reason. And then when I did get a hold of the service department and ask for Cesar I was put on hold for 15 minutes and you finally hung up and it started ringing the service department again, so very frustrating either your phone tree system is not working or you got somebody trying to Sabotage your service department
