The issue never got fixed. The recall finally got done this trip in but the brakes never got fixed. I was told they could not replicate the sound. I was told they drove my truck around to try but when I picked up the truck, there was only 1 mile that was put on the truck. Then I was told it was probably brake dust. After leaving and driving in the rain the same brake squeal came back. I have zero confidence in the staff and technicians at this facility.

830 appointment and at 3pm, service writer Marvin didn’t have any information about my Truck and didn’t seem to remember that I had an appointment at 8:30. He failed to call me back for one hour after I spoke with him at 3pm. Nothing happened until I made contact with the service manager via text message.
