I love Sheilah. She's great! What I didn't love was being told by service that I needed something fixed on my car that would cost almost $300 for a part & labor that I didn't need and they could've fixed. I chose to hold off and have my fiance look at it when I broughtit back home after my oil change. The part was not broke. It merely slipped slightly out of place and he fixed it in 5 minutes. There's no way the tech overlooked that and if he did, that's even worse. I would've been charged $300 for something I didn't need.

I had to wait over two hours and when I heard that the next oil change tire rotation would be$65 I was very upset. When I got my car from Pinager the price was $39.95,so why are you charging so much. And I am always being asked if I would like to buy something else a service plan or something else. For a large Chevy dealer you should be able to have better prices
