I provided a credit card over the phone so my invoice was paid in full so my wife could pick up my vehicle without having to deal with paying. My credit card information was taken over the phone, but never processed. I ended up having to pay when I showed up to get the vehicle.

I am simply disgusted that you guys can't figure out what is wrong with my car. I have come to you at least 8 times for the same issue, over the span of a couple years, in hope that you would figure out why the same thing keeps happening to my car. The last time I came in was early march and yet again, a month later, the check engine light comes on and the same thing happens. Not only that, but when I picked my car up the last time, the cruise control no longer worked. Brought it back and it took you 5 days to fix it. There was no communication from the advisor when I brought it in, to the advisor that took over, to the technician. I explained in detail what happened and all that was written down was, "cruise control inoperable." There was no expedition for it being your fault and I had to call you at the end of each day to get updates. I am convinced you can't/don't want to fix the issue because you keep making money off of me coming back. But never again. I wouldn't set foot in your facility ever again even if you offered to fix it for free. I have a newborn baby during the most troubling time in this country's recent history. Now I have to make arrangements to take my car in for service. (Obviously with someone else)

My Impala was repaired in a timely manner plus I was given a very nice Colorado while my car was being serviced! I’m very happy we purchased our Impala from Reliable Chevrolet!
