I think by your service techs soliciting a "10" on all categories is first a little presumptuous and secondly intimates that the customer should provide a rating that may/may not be indicative of their experience. I would just leave it to the customer to provide their feedback, use the feedback to determine if things are good or need improvement.

I got there for the apt. I was told i would be getting a suddle to the mall and i stayed in the waiting room for over 2 hours and still no shuddle then i got uo walked to the service desk oug in the ba th area and asked the 7 to 9 guys standing there if my car was done thwy said ooohhhh idk i said well if its not then dont touch it its sitting right outside them doors i told the guy helping this way the worst visit that i have had at a shop this size and probably wouldnt be back then ik missing some screw thangs yhat holds the plastic parts down under hood no my car doesnt get good gas mileage and the air filter thang pops off when im going down road im not very happy

I’ll admit I was nervous bringing in my SS Camaro there for the first time because I saw really bad Yelp ratings and reviews. But Felicia was very helpful, and kept me up to date on what they were doing to find out the problem. Even though your techs could not find out where my oil leak was coming from, I feel like you guys tried. I will watch it and bring it back if it continues to leak.
