The sealer was not applied to my vehicle properly. Manager addressed the issue, but instead of handling it, he had an employee wipe off the car to make it appear clean and like if the job was done correctly and that it would be ready in 45 minutes.
To begin with to properly install the sealer, the car must be washed, them applied and then let it dry.
We will never purchase another Nissan again. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Honestly I was extremely happy with Airpark when I got my car but this most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. My car was supposed to be delivered to my work by 10am because I needed it by 11:30 however it did not arrive until after 12:15. The people I dealt with also were not adept in all aspects of what they were doing giving different information and facts and contradicting them the next sentence. All around bad experience.
