Manny took my call and the request for a new fob. Brian called me to confirm and set a time to come in. When we arrived Brian met us and told me how long it would take before the car was done. I was told 1.5 hours. Almost on the second I received a call at home. Brian called to tell me the car was done. We drove to the dealership and Brian met us. He was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. We now have a second go for the car. Cerritos Nissan staff are the best people to work with. No matter what your there for, you are treated great. I feel like Cerritos Nissan staff care about me. No where else have I experienced this. I will always recommend anyone to Cerritos Nissan.
