I worked for a BMW dealership for over 25 years. Now, I am driving an Alfa Romeo Giulia because, it is simply a more engaging and entertaining car to drive.
However, no matter how fantastic a vehicle might be, if service is questionable, it can potentially ruin the the complete ownership experience.
My experience with Scottsdale Alfa Romeo was nothing short of spectacular! My service advisor, John Kenny, is an outstanding employee of yours. He addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner, without comprise, and second to no other marque. If he worked for me I would give him a raise. I am known to be critical to a fault, but I could not be happier, or more pleased with the service I received at Scottsdale Alfa Romeo. Thank you.

The service was satisfactory, and I appreciate the wash. What I don't appreciate is being lied to. I was given a sheet listing maintenance I need to perform. On it, the sheet said I need to replace my air filter because it was "excessively dirty." I just replaced my air filter 2 weeks ago. This was an obvious lie, and I do not appreciate it. I don't know if I can trust that any of the other recommended maintenance needs to be done. I will likely be taking my truck elsewhere in the future for further maintenance.
