Issue not resolved, $600 to replace a heater hose

Got my car back from the service department to find the crack on my windshield twice the size. And had to wait almost 30 min to get my car after they said it was ready to be picked up. Super frustrating

My truck was reset. All radio presets were reset. Now lights come on that were not on before.

My negative review is just for this service. I've been to this location 5 times before and it's always been great. This time in particular the entire staff had their head up their butts. The lady that took my phone call was rude. We dropped it off the night before for a 7am appointment. Got a phone call from Debbie saying, "Your 4pm apt tomorrow was never confirmed, how about Monday?"... what was that all about? My apt was for 7am and its already with you. Never heard from anyone about pricing like I was promised. They had my car for 24 hours and didn't even touch it until we called concerned since we hadn't heard from anyone and we needed the car before Monday. Got a text message from automated line saying "respond to this if you have any questions" so I did and never heard back... whats the point of that text being sent out then? Everyone was just extremely confused. Plus I never got my free car wash or a next oil change sticker. Sheila was very friendly and gave me a discount. I want to make it clear that I still love this location and Sheila and will continue to do service there, it was just a bad day for you guys I guess... if this had been my first experience with you I would have left a terrible Public Review and never come back. But I still like the place overall.

Very professional and very thorough service experience

Excellent service

The customer service was good. There was an error in the service I wanted which I ended up paying almost $200 for that I wanted to schedule to be done two weeks out. I was a bit frustrated by that but Ivan is a really good guy and his customer service was amazing. I am on a budget so that was a hard bill to pay not expecting it.

I had an appointment for service because the light came on that there was an issue with my airbags. I was there for four hours and was told it was simply a glitch and that there was no actual problem with my vehicle. On the 15 minute drive home from Cerritos Nissan, the light turned on again. I called Ivann Arreola who helped me for the service and left a message for him that this happened and he has not reached out to me.

This is the 2nd time you have had my vehicle for the same reason. You keep it half the day then tell me it’s totally fine without every addressing the problem. So now I have to bring it back in for a 3rd time.
