Had an appointment for an oil change on my Corvette. Never saw my advisor during the visit. She must have been at lunch when my car was finally finished. Found another advisor who found the paperwork. The oil change took 3.5 hours. I made the appointment and told them I had to wait for the car, still took a long time for an oil change.

The mechanics really screwed up my truck through everything all around in a big pile made a big mess, battery cables blankets jackets dog leashes everything all mixed up big mess, that I did not appreciate to open my trunk and find it like that.
