I have nothing negative to say about Daven. He was professional and friendly.
However, I had a 10 am appointment and arrived at 10. I was told to have a seat inside and he would be with me shortly. I could see him in his office but he never came to get me. Finally, at 10:15 I asked someone going by if he was in. (At the time I didn't know that was him at the desk.) They showed me his office and I went in to see him. He apologized and took the information about my car. Needless to say, I didn't feel SCL lived up to my expectations.

The service was really bad and the technician that help us was very rude. Also they said that my breaks were fixed and they still do the same noise and the they stole my collision sensor. Really bad service.
