I have entrusted all of my vehicles’ maintenance to Airpark. I trust that the “multi-point” inspections are actually being performed. I would expect that Airpark service would inform me that wear items, like my brakes, were nearing the end of life so the problem could be corrected prior to going metal to metal, costing me a lot more money and rendering the truck inoperable. Additionally, several oil changes ago, I had mentioned that the “low coolant level” light was on. Knowing that coolant doesn’t typically just go away, I would have thought that it would have been investigated for a leak. It appears that the coolant was just topped off because I found the leak while investigating the horrific noise that turned out to be my brakes running metal to metal. Finally, it took two weeks to get my truck back. I don’t have an extra vehicle so two weeks without my truck is a huge issue. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with my experience.
